Pasta Al Salmone Recipe

Time to cook the world’s easiest pasta. Anyone can do this and it’s great for a mid-week dinner. I got all these great, fresh ingredients from my local Romeo’s.


250 gm of pasta – I opted for gluten free penne
1 red onion, diced
80ml (1/3 cup) extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup green beans, cut into half
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
10 cherry tomatoes cut in half
2 x Harris smokehouse smoked salmon fillets
2 x Philadelphia original snack tubs
1 x tsp of minced garlic
1 x tsp of chilli


Bring 3 cups of water to the boil, add the pasta with a sprinkle of salt and a dash of olive oil.

Fry off olive oil, red onion, garlic and chilli for a few minutes.

Add salmon pieces, basil and lemon juice to taste and stir through.

Heat through all ingredients and add the cherry tomatoes at the end.

Turn off the stove and stir through Philadelphia cream cheese at the end.

Season with fresh cracked G-Fresh Salt and Pepper.

Enjoy with a nice glass of red!
