Place all items into cold press juicer (which I will bring (very compact)) and juice. Flush with coconut water. Serve in a glass with ice and retro pineapple straw.
12 mejooled dates – soaked for 1hr in water then blended
1/3 C cacao powder
2T chia seeds
1/3 C coconut oil softened
1/3 C shredded coconut + extra for rolling
1T cacao nibs
2T cranberry seeds
1/3C puffed brown rice
1T maple syrup or rice malt syrup
Place all ingredients in a bowl and get your hands in to give a really thorough mix. Set up a station with a plate of additional shredded coconut and a lined tray for finished product.
Wash your hands and keep hands wet. Roll balls, coat in shredded coconut then place on tray. Repeat until all rolled. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
