Here is how to platter like a boss… the idea is to have no blank space!

Ingredients

2 soft cheeses – like a double brie and a goats
Arancini balls – Buy frozen at Romeo’s
Spinach baked triangles – Buy frozen at Romeo’s
Cornichons
Paste – pear or quince
Pate or terrine
Dried roasted chickpeas (Pangkarra)
Grissini sticks
Apricots
Strawberries
2 varieties of crackers
3 varieties of cured meats – thinly sliced
blueberries
Watercress

The only pre-preparing required will be the cooking of the arancini and triangles right before assembling your platter.
